We accept all Major Credit/Debit Cards through PayPal, as well as Tophatter's Payment Portal for purchases through their site.
Auction Site Payments (Tophatter, Ebay, LandOfOdz): We prefer auction payments to be made within 24 hours of a winning bid. If you are unable to pay within this time frame, please contact us either through the auction site's communication system or email us at email@example.com.
All other venues, immediate payment is required to complete the checkout process.
We ship items within 5-7 days after payment is processed. Please note that shipping times may vary by the individual item. Please be sure to read the description of the item you are purchasing for any details regarding shipping that may differ from this. We ship with tracking via the US Postal Service. Tracking is generally available by the 3rd or 4th day after payment, and will be posted in the system you used to make the purchase or will be emailed to you.
Refunds & Replacements
Upon request, we will issue a refund or replacement under some circumstances:
Product Tag Policy
Each item in our commercial jewelry line ships with an item tag attached. DO NOT REMOVE TAG(S) unless you are satisfied with the fit and quality of the item. Once tag(s) are removed, items can not be returned.
We will only accept returns for items in their original condition (including packaging, box, bags, and attached tags). This includes defective merchandise to be returned. Tags *MUST* be attached or item can not be returned regardless of its condition.
If you receive an item and it has defects, DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG. If you order an item and it doesn't fit, and you would like to exchange it for another size, DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG. In no event will a return without tag(s) attached be accepted, replaced, exchanged, or refunded. No Tag(s), No Replacement, No Exchange, No Refund, Ever, Period. Items without tags are considered to be used merchandise and we can not and will not sell used merchandise.
We regret that we must adhere to this particular policy most strictly, however, there have been instances where a buyer, upon breaking an item, decided to purchase same item from another seller and try to return the broken item to the seller who sold them the new item. We do not condone this type of fraudulent activity, and to protect against it, we require tags to be attached in their original condition if a return is to be accepted for any reason.
Please Note: The following types of items do not qualify for refunds or replacements because they cannot be returned: Craft Supplies (cut wire, beads, etc); Jewelry that has had tags removed; Clothing Accessories; other used items.
All Sales Final, Exceptions
**Important - All Sales Are Final EXCEPT Items with Manufacturer Defects and Size Exchanges**
Please understand that we can only accept returns for items that have manufacturers defects and items where you wish to make a size exchange. Our suppliers have strict returns policies and so we must also adhere strictly to a no returns except for defective or size exchanges policy.
No Refunds For Buyers Remorse
We do not offer a "sale on approval" program, and so will not accept returns for "Buyers Remorse" or "I just don't like it" reasons. We will not refund for buyers remorse or similar reasons. If you think that you might not want or like a product when looking at it online, please do not purchase with the intent to attempt a return if you do not like it when received.
Item Descriptions Are Generally Accurate
We strive to provide the most accurate and complete descriptions and pictures of our products as we can, and so items shown online are and will always be as described with our company. In the unlikely event that our supplier makes a mistake, we will take what ever steps are necessary to correct their error. If we make a mistake in our listing, we will honor whatever the listing states, but will make correction to our listing immediately following.

All requests for returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of item purchased.
If you receive a size that is other than what you ordered, please take a picture of the item alongside a measurement tool of some sort (for necklaces, place the necklace stretched out alongside a ruler so that the length of the necklace shows, for rings, simply take a picture of the ring and make sure the tag shows in the picture so that the size # is seen). Email the picture to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of which site you used to purchase the item from us.
If we made the mistake, and there are no defects with the item other than the size, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the item to us. We will pay for the return postage if the mistake is ours. When you receive the label, print it out and attach it to a bubble mailer using clear packing tape and place in the mail to come back to us. Also, please include a copy of the email between you and us so that we will know whose return it is. Once we've received it back, we will process a replacement for you for the correct size.
If you order a particular size, and find that it doesn't fit when you receive it, then the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, however we will still send you a return shipping label (at your cost). Also, shipping for the new size requested is your responsibility, and we will invoice you for both. We prefer to provide the shipping labels so that we can place our information in both positions on the label so that the item will reach us one way or the other...
